WIB-Chicago: How to Become a Likeable Badass – A Fireside Chat With Alison Fragale
What if the secret to getting what you want at work isn't about working harder, speaking louder, or climbing over anyone, but about mastering the one thing most ambitious women are never taught? Join us for an intimate fireside chat with Alison Fragale, organizational psychologist, professor at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and author of the national bestseller Likeable Badass: How Women Get the Success They Deserve. Alison has spent decades researching the science of status, influence, and power. She'll share the counterintuitive truth behind why warmth and assertiveness are the most powerful combination in any workplace — and how to use it. In-person attendees get a complimentary copy of the book. Alison will stay for a book signing after the fireside chat.
