Our April book selection is Likeable Badass by Alison Fragale.

This session will explore how women can balance warmth and assertiveness to build influence and authority at work. Likeable Badass offers practical strategies for increasing visibility, negotiating effectively, and strengthening professional presence without sacrificing authenticity. This discussion will also serve as preparation for WIB-Chicago's upcoming event featuring the author.
