Azurii Collier, PhD, Director II, Enterprise Innovation at AbbVie, Moderator
Dr. Collier has nearly 20 years of research and consulting experience exclusively in the life sciences industry, including discovery, technology transfer, proof of concept, startup, R&D, product management, supply chain, and patient services. Leading global large-scale R&D transformation programs and enterprise critical asset accelerations with her corporate expertise, she maintains an interest in startups, having advised ten early-stage biotechnology startup companies with a deep and growing network in the ecosystem and partners spanning the US and Canada. She currently works at AbbVie, leading R&D innovation and managing a large AI portfolio.
Suzet McKinney, DrPh, MPH, Instructor, Division of Policy Translation and Leadership Development at Harvard University
Suzet is a visionary public health and healthcare executive with a distinguished record of leadership across public health, healthcare management, real estate development, and emergency preparedness. She currently serves as an Instructor in the Division of Policy Translation and Leadership Development at Harvard University and previously served as Deputy Commissioner at the Chicago Department of Public Health. Dr. McKinney is nationally recognized as an expert in emergency preparedness and is a trusted advisor during high-stakes public health crises. Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional teams and built strategic partnerships spanning scientific, academic, corporate, and governmental sectors. In addition to her public health leadership, she is a real estate and community development executive specializing in life sciences development and the social and economic impact of innovation districts.
Chrystal Caden Price, Founder of In Good Company Co.
Chrystal is a strategist, operator, and community builder working at the intersection of science, technology, and human systems. She is the founder of In Good Company Co., where she helps founders, operators, and mission-driven organizations build the relational infrastructure required to translate complex ideas into shared understanding, aligned decisions, and durable progress. With a background spanning healthcare, technology, and ecosystem building, Chrystal brings a systems-level lens to how scientific innovation moves from insight to impact. She is also the Chapter Director for TechWalk Chicago, a community-powered initiative connecting leaders across the city’s biotech, health, and technology ecosystems through intentional, in-person engagement. Chrystal’s work focuses on trust, translation, and decision-making in complex environments—especially where science, strategy, and people intersect.
