The WIB-Chicago Leadership Retreat is a half-day working session designed to bring the chapter’s leadership team together to align on strategy, set priorities, and plan programming for the year ahead. This retreat will provide dedicated time to reflect on past initiatives, identify opportunities for growth and impact, and collaboratively develop a clear, actionable roadmap for the coming year.

Notes: Breakfast will be provided. Professional headshots will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for attendees who would like to update their professional photos.

9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.  Check-in, networking, and breakfast
10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  Icebreaker activity
11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  Steering Committee presentation and year-ahead overview
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Committee breakout sessions
12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.  Committee report-outs and final presentations, finalize Q1 programming priorities, wrap-up, and next steps

The venue is easily accessible by public transportation. Nearby bus routes include #8 (Halstead), #65 (Grand), #56 (Milwaukee), and #66 (Chicago). It is close to Union Station and within walking distance of the CTA L Green, Pink, and Blue Lines (Morgan, Clinton, Grand stops). From the stations, expect a 5–10 minute walk to the venue. Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station are ~ 1 mile away.
