Speaker Bios
David Biondi, VP of Market Access and Patient Services at Stealth Biopharm, Moderator
David is a healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning market access, commercialization, strategy, consulting, specialty distribution, and business transformation across the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his career, David has intentionally pursued opportunities that expanded his perspective rather than following a single traditional career path. His experience includes leadership roles in large global organizations, consulting, healthcare logistics, and emerging biotechnology companies, where he has helped organizations navigate complex commercialization challenges and launch innovative therapies. David currently serves as Head of Market Access at Resilient Pharmaceuticals, where he is leading the market access and distribution strategy for an innovative therapy in development for PTSD. Prior to Resilient, he held executive leadership positions at Cencora and Lundbeck, focusing on market access strategy, payer engagement, specialty distribution, and enterprise solutions. Passionate about mentorship and professional development, David enjoys helping others think beyond traditional career ladders and instead build careers aligned with their strengths, interests, and personal values. He believes that the most rewarding careers are rarely linear and are often shaped by unexpected opportunities, meaningful relationships, and the willingness to embrace change.
Nadine Lindley, Executive Director of Business Operations at Lundbeck
Nadine is a strategic operations and organizational transformation leader with more than two decades of experience guiding pharmaceutical companies through growth, complexity, and change. Most recently, in Commercial Operations and Chief of Staff roles at Lundbeck, she has focused on shaping the company's U.S. strategy, supporting senior leadership, and driving initiatives that strengthen commercial readiness, streamline governance, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. She enjoys looking across the business—connecting commercial, medical, operational, and strategic perspectives to anticipate challenges and design solutions that move organizations forward. She has led major capability assessments and executions, margin expansion initiatives, commercial integrations, supply continuity efforts, and the development of new operating models that position teams for long-term success. Her work has influenced brand launches, alliance partnerships, and the evolution of business processes that guide decision-making and optimize day-to-day operations. Her background spans commercial operations, medical affairs, sales, marketing, and business development, primarily within neurology and psychiatry. She is actively sought out to align diverse stakeholders, build trust, and create clarity in complex environments. Through the opportunities she pursued throughout her career, Nadine quickly learned that she loves to learn and that building a strong, broad foundation of expertise and skills is deeply rewarding. Rather than always learning and moving into another role, she discovered that applying that foundation to create meaningful impact brought energy and joy to her work every day. Nadine's leadership philosophy centers on making good decisions for the right reasons—listening deeply, challenging the status quo, and empowering teams to think critically and act with purpose. She is passionate about helping organizations evolve, innovate, and deliver meaningful impact for patients and the broader healthcare ecosystem. Nadine graduated with a degree in pharmacy and later earned a business degree. Although she is a licensed pharmacist, her interest in business led her to pursue a career in industry rather than clinical practice. In addition to her work in the pharmaceutical industry, she is a partner in a self-storage business. The company currently operates four sites, with a fifth opening later this summer and a sixth under construction. Her role is focused primarily on business development and expansion strategy.
Natalie Sandstedt, Founder & President of B3 Healthcare
Natalie has intentionally built a 360-degree view of the pharmaceutical industry through leadership roles spanning research, sales, agency, and manufacturer organizations. Today, she helps leaders connect those perspectives through executive education and experiential learning. She began her professional journey in market research and commercial strategy, developing a strong foundation in understanding customer insights, market dynamics, and the factors that influence decision-making. Those experiences ultimately led her into pharmaceutical sales, where she gained firsthand knowledge of the realities facing healthcare professionals, patients, and commercial teams. Driven by a desire to influence strategy more broadly, Natalie transitioned to the agency side of the healthcare industry, where she partnered with pharmaceutical companies to launch and grow brands across multiple therapeutic areas. Over the years, she led strategic planning and brand development initiatives spanning the product lifecycle, from clinical development and launch planning through commercialization and lifecycle management. Having spent years advising manufacturers, Natalie eventually crossed to the client side, bringing with her a unique perspective shaped by both agency and field experience. Within manufacturer organizations, she has served in a variety of cross-functional leadership roles, collaborating across sales, marketing, market access, and other strategic functions. Her work has spanned diverse therapeutic categories ranging from primary care to specialty and rare disease, allowing her to navigate the complexities of healthcare from multiple organizational and stakeholder perspectives. Today, Natalie brings those experiences together through B3 Healthcare, Building Better Brands, where she helps individuals and organizations strengthen strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and commercial effectiveness. Through B3 Healthcare's Foundations of Modern Marketing™ executive education program, she works with current and emerging leaders to develop the skills, frameworks, and mindset required to become effective brand stewards in an increasingly complex healthcare environment. Built around immersive, capstone-based learning experiences, the program challenges participants to evaluate market opportunities, translate insights into strategy, develop differentiated positioning, connect strategy to execution, and measure impact across the product lifecycle. By bridging theory with real-world application, Natalie helps professionals broaden their perspectives, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and build the confidence to lead brands, teams, and organizations through change. What continues to motivate Natalie is helping others see the broader picture, connect strategy to execution, and prepare the next generation of healthcare leaders to think critically, act strategically, and serve as thoughtful stewards of the brands, teams, and organizations they lead. By sharing lessons learned from both sides of the healthcare fence line, she hopes to help others see beyond individual functions and develop the broader perspective required to lead brands, teams, and organizations effectively.
