Our MAPS participants are invited to join us for a presentation that explores how imposter syndrome is shaped by our experiences and the environments we navigate, especially when we’re the only or one of the few. Our speaker is a leadership coach who will offer strategies to quiet self-doubt and reclaim confidence in systems not always built with us in mind.

Speaker Bio
Kathleen Wisemandle, Founder and Principal of Aspire to Grow Leadership Coaching and Consulting
With over 25 years of biotech and pharma industry leadership, Kathleen works as a fractional operations leader to help small biotechnology and pharma companies strategically plan for IND and early phase studies to optimize execution and decision making toward further funding and proof of safety and efficacy. She provides clinical trial advisory to investors, boards of directors, and technology founders with services focused on clinical trials and patient equity. With experience in portfolio planning, operational leadership, operational efficiency, vendor selection/oversight, site management, and risk identification and management, she works with companies to strategically plan to deliver quality results on time and on budget. As a lifelong learner, Kathleen completed a BS in biochemistry from Michigan State University and earned an MS in organizational change and learning from Northwestern University in 2020, with completed certifications in Designing for Organizational Efficiency in 2019 and Executive Coaching in 2022. Kathleen has built amazing teams and held leadership positions within Takeda, Astellas, AbbVie, and Seagen.
