Join WIB-Chicago's Mentoring Circles Program and empower yourself by enhancing your professional success through the power of the Women In Bio network! Mentoring is the number one way to catapult your career. Building your connections will provide you with an invaluable opportunity to best prepare for your career goals. We are enrolling now and looking for Mentors and Mentees for this year's program.

MAPS Program includes:

• Six months of monthly group mentoring meetings
• Kick-off, mid-summer social gatherings, and wrap-up meetings with fellow mentoring circles
• WIB-Chicago monthly meetings/networking events are free for all mentors and mentees  

To participate, follow these steps:

1. MAPS is exclusive to WIB members. Join here today!
2. Mentees need to register with the button above and pay the MAPS program fee listed below.
3. Mentors need to register with the button above, but there is no fee.
4. Note: After registration has been completed, you will receive a link to a MAPS application, which must be completed by April 10, 2026. The application will help us place you into your mentoring circle.
5. Stay tuned for information on our Mentoring Circles Kick-off Event, which will be held at the end of April (22nd or 23rd).

• Non-Members*: N/A (must be a WIB member to participate)
