Speaker Bio

Sneha Saggurthi, Quality Compliance Manager at Cartesian Therapeutics 

Sneha is a GxP Quality and Compliance leader specializing in cell and gene therapy, currently serving as Quality Compliance Manager at Cartesian Therapeutics. She leads GxP training, internal/external audits, and supplier quality programs, driving inspection readiness and continuous improvement across GxP operations. She began her career in academic research at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and transitioned into biotech manufacturing before advancing into training and quality leadership. Sneha is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, an adjunct instructor for Frederick Community College’s Biotech Bootcamp, and the BioCatalyst Program Lead at BioBuzz Networks. She is passionate about workforce development and serves as Co-Vice Chair of Women In Bio Capital Region Young Women In Bio (YWIB) Committee.
