Are you looking for career guidance or an experienced professional willing to share knowledge? Our Mentoring Circles Program provides a supportive and unique environment for professional growth, personalized advice, and peer learning. Circles typically consist of one mentor paired with 2–3 mentees. Participants will receive a program guide, exclusive events, and more. To participate, follow these steps:

1. Mentees need to register and pay the MAPS program fee listed below. There is no charge for Mentors to register and participate; however, both Mentors and Mentees need to be current WIB members. Join WIB here!
2. Note: After registering with the button above, you will receive a link to the Mentoring Circles Application, which you must complete by January 2, 2026, to be placed in your circle.
3. Stay tuned for details on our Mentoring Circles Kick-off Event, scheduled for January 5, 2026.

• Non-Members*: N/A (must be a WIB member to participate)
