Our program provides mentorship in small-group settings. Typically, two to three mentors and three to four mentees are grouped (circles) based on shared areas of interest for growth and development. Circles are a mix of seniority levels, roles, and types of life sciences companies. With the mentors taking the lead, meetings are self-directed, with the circle deciding when, where, and how often to meet. Every circle develops to reflect its members’ personalities, interests, goals, and schedules. Members of each circle meet monthly for six months.

The program begins in June and kicks off in May.

2. Mentees must pay the program fee listed below at checkout.
3. After registration using the button above, you will receive a link to the program questionnaire, which must be completed by April 6, 2026. This information will be used to place you in a mentoring circle.
4. Check your email for your group assignment and materials to help you get started.
