Amy Baudino, VP Portfolio Management (Head of the Pittsburgh Business) at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Amy has more than 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences research market. She joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2002 as Product Manager and has since held management roles in both the Fisher Scientific and Thermo Scientific brands. She was named Vice President, Portfolio Management for the Fisher Scientific channel in North America and Emerging Markets in 2021. Amy is passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workforce and is an avid promoter of Thermo Fisher’s Business Resource Groups in Pittsburgh. She serves as Executive Sponsor for Pittsburgh’s Hola! BRG chapter, supporting the recruitment, engagement, and retention of colleagues of Latino and Hispanic heritage. Amy serves on the Board of Directors for the Laboratory Products Association, a non-profit organization specializing in scientific research supplies. She was named a 2022 Woman of Influence by the Pittsburgh Business Times. The Women of Influence Awards honor the region's most influential businesswomen at for-profit companies, nonprofits, and government entities. Women of Influence have a strong record of performance, have made a difference in their communities, and are leaving their mark on the western Pennsylvania business community. Criteria for selection include career achievement, contribution to company, community involvement, and leadership. Outside of work, Amy supports various local and national organizations focusing on veterans, animals, and children, including Orphans of the Storm in Kittanning, PA. If she’s not working at Thermo Fisher Scientific or volunteering her time, you will find her cheering on our Pittsburgh sports teams and spending time with her family and pets. Amy graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s in microbiology and a master’s in business administration.
Mary Diamond, VP Commercial Operations RSD North America & Emerging Markets at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Mary has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the life sciences, with expertise in Commercial, Finance, Pricing, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Digital Transformation. As the Vice President, Commercial Operations, supporting the Research and Safety Division in North America and Emerging Markets (RSD NA), Mary is responsible for leading a team of approximately 1,000 colleagues to deliver revenue and profit growth goals for a $6B division. Mary joined Thermo Fisher in 2021 as the Vice President of Finance for RSD NA. She became the Vice President of Regional Sales for RSD NA in US and LATAM in 2024, and most recently has been named Vice President of Commercial Operations for RSD NA. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Mary spent 15 years with Avantor Sciences (VWR International), where she progressed through finance, sales operations, and sales leadership roles to the role of Vice President of Commercial Operations for North America. In addition, Mary led a global CRM transformation at CSL Behring and was a Director of Customer Success at salesforce.com. Mary’s early career began with EY, where she was a Senior Manager in the assurance practice. Mary has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Business.
Molly Flick, VP & General Manager Bio Services & Specialty Logistics at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Molly holds over 20 years of senior management and leadership experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific, encompassing General Management, Marketing, Sales, Field Service Delivery, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Integration Management. Currently, as Vice President and General Manager for the BioServices & Specialty Logistics business, Molly has responsibility for a team of ~700 employees, supplying cold chain clinical trial packaging, storage, and distribution services, ensuring important supplies needed to perform clinical trials are reaching patients around the world. Outside of work you can find Molly running, reading, cooking, traveling, working in the yard, supporting the Sarcoidosis Research Foundation Development Committee, and volunteering at church and community theater.
Holly Lewis, VP, Customer Service Customer Channels Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Holly is the Vice President of Customer Service at Thermo Fisher Scientific, leading the Customer Service and Customer Experience functions for the Customer Channels Group. With over two years in this role, Holly has driven significant advancements in customer service operations and technology integration. As the executive
sponsor for the Digital Front Office program, she is sponsoring the development of new technology to replace
the mainframe system used by the Customer Service team. Under her leadership, Thermo Fisher Scientific has witnessed a 20% improvement in agent efficiency and a 9.5% increase in the Customer Allegiance Score, reflecting her commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Additionally, Holly is expanding her expertise in AI and fostering stronger partnerships between sales and customer service. Her professional philosophy centers on the belief that an excellent customer experience is effortless for the customer, leading to loyalty and increased future revenue. She emphasizes continuous improvement through curiosity and process enhancement to stay ahead of the competition. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Holly built her leadership over 25 years through roles across diverse sectors, including positions at Vertiv, NetJets, and PPG Industries, among others. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The Ohio State University. Residing in central Ohio with her blended family of five children, Holly prioritizes time with her family, travel, and health and fitness. Her eldest daughter is a freshman at the University of Kentucky, while her younger daughter is in the 4th grade. Holly is a highly analytical and empathetic leader, dedicated to driving exceptional outcomes through strategic planning, innovative solutions, and collaborative partnerships.
Lisa Witte, Senior VP & President Customer Channels Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Lisa was named Senior Vice President and President, Customer Channels, in April 2024, after serving for nine years as President of our Research and Safety Market in North America and Emerging Markets. She joined the company in 2009 as Vice President and General Manager of the Cold Storage business and then served as Vice President and General Manager, Portable Analytical Instruments. Earlier in her career, she held several roles in sales and commercial leadership, operations, and management positions in the life science tools and biotech industries, including Corning Glass Works, Baxter Scientific Products, and Promega, as well as eight years in sales leadership roles with Fisher Scientific. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Tiffany Prince, CEO of Prince Performance LLC, Moderator
Tiffany, founder of Prince Performance LLC, is an internationally renowned speaker with extensive experience leading, developing, and empowering leaders and teams. Tiffany started her career in biotechnology and is now serving a wide array of corporate and government clients. She develops and delivers customized coaching, training, and workshops that help organizations fill employees’ skill gaps, neutralize the negative effects of globalization, and build more inclusive workplaces. Tiffany obtained her master’s in business administration, majoring in global business management, from Pepperdine University. She is certified as an ICF ACC Executive Leadership coach and has served in multiple roles for Women In Bio Pittsburgh, as Vice Chair at the Association of Talent Development (ATD), including as the President of the Metro DC Chapter, VP of Membership of ATD Chicagoland, and recently as a National Advisor for Chapters for ATD. She currently is serving on the Business Intelligence Council of Chief Learning Officer. Tiffany is the author of the book Top of the Mountain Leadership: The Future of Performance and Productivity in a Technology Changing World.
