We are honored to have three very accomplished women in aerospace joining us to discuss all things aerospace and how they got to where they are in their careers. This will be a virtual panel with plenty of time for Q&A

Speaker Bios
Skye Aldrich, Flight Systems Engineer at Boeing
Skye is a Flight Systems Engineer specializing in Flutter, Noise, and Vibration at Boeing. She graduated from Gonzaga University in 2020 with a BS in mechanical engineering and has been working in Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) since. In her time at Boeing she has worked on two aircraft programs, supported two Flight Test campaigns, a Ground Vibration Test, and was a part of the Boeing MS&B Engineering Team of the Year for 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with family, and traveling!
Louise Hamlin, Manager at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory
Louise has a passion for astronomy and space science. In her 25-year career, Louise has looked for distant worlds with the Kepler space telescope and studied our own planet with NASA’s airborne observatory AVIRIS. Louise studied biology and engineering at Purdue University and the University of Southern California and has been employed at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory for the last 25 years. She enjoys hiking and traveling and has lived abroad in New Zealand and Antarctica!
Colleen Miller, Electrical Design Engineering Manager at the Boeing Company
Colleen leads a team of electronic systems engineers responsible for developing new avionics displays equipment. Throughout her career, she has strived to lead by example, inspire others, and make meaningful contributions to the engineering profession and her community. Colleen is the recipient of several Boeing awards such as the Airplane Development Excellence Award for Innovation and Growth and the Boeing Recognition Performance Award. This year, she has been nominated for and is awaiting results for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Pathfinders Award. She has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, Colleen loves outdoor activities such as skiing, mountain biking, and sailing. She is also an avid traveler and enjoys discovering new places and meeting new people!
