WIB-Seattle & Deloitte: Business Chemistry – Use Science to Improve Your Workplace
Have you ever wondered what makes teams thrive or flounder? What makes people click or clash? How can leaders unlock team potential? Join us for a deep dive into Business Chemistry®, a science-based framework that reveals the secrets to effective collaboration and leadership. Discover your unique Business Chemistry type and learn how to leverage it for greater success. Through interactive exercises and discussions, you’ll gain valuable insights to improve your working relationships and enhance team dynamics.
We encourage attendees to complete their self-assessments before the workshop (a link will be included in your event registration confirmation email). This will ensure you get the most out of the session and leave with actionable strategies to implement immediately. The workshop will be led by certified Business Chemistry trainers from Deloitte. After the workshop, connect with other attendees during a networking happy hour. Share your insights, compare your results, and brainstorm ways to apply your learnings in your daily work life.
