Michele Colucci, Managing Partner/CEO at DigitalDx Ventures
Michele is an experienced public and private board member, venture capitalist, CEO, and lawyer. As Founder and CEO of DigitalDx Ventures, she invests at the intersection of biology, chemistry, and technology, focusing on early-stage innovation in artificial intelligence, data, genetics, and digital health. Michele is recognized as a leading digitalization, innovation, and risk management expert and the West Coast Ambassador for the Nobel Laureate Foundation. She currently sits on private boards of early-stage, venture-backed companies—Biotia.io, NowDx, GLX Analytix (as Board Chair), Optina Diagnostics, and Delphi Diagnostics—as well as on the board of the private equity firm Fox Paine. Previously, she served on the public board of Global Indemnities, a $1.6B insurer. Michele has also acted as interim CEO for a venture and strategic investor-backed portfolio company, founded a legal technology platform, launched retail and media ventures, and advised diverse enterprises on business transformation. A sought-after technology leader well-connected in the Silicon Valley ecosystem, Michele has been recognized as a “Silicon Valley Woman of Influence,” authored a Huffington Post column on female entrepreneurship, and spent seven years guest lecturing and mentoring Stanford Engineering students in global marketing and entrepreneurship. Her insights have appeared in Inc. Magazine, NBC, The Mercury News, and more. She works in multiple professional organizations, including Women Corporate Directors, NACD, PEWIN, and NAIC. Michele holds a BA in English and philosophy, a JD from Georgetown University, and an MFA from the American Film Institute.
Kathleen Jordan, Chief Medical Officer at Midi Health
Dr. Jordan is Chief Medical Officer at Midi Health, the nation's largest menopause care platform. At Midi, she leads a team of hundreds of clinicians serving midlife women in all 50 states on their virtual telehealth platform. She is a certified menopause provider and trained internist. Her background: Always a proponent of digital health and solving access issues, she has worked to leverage innovative technology into patient care. After running her own practice, she became a Chief Medical Officer at Saint Francis Hospital and, most recently, a leader in women’s healthcare startups, first Tia, and now serves women in midlife at Midi Health. Her career has been highlighted by establishing telehealth services at the Hospital site, attaining Health Equity Leadership Certification for the Hospital and its programs, and establishing a new trans health program in San Francisco for which she was awarded the Leadership in Innovation award. She joined the founding team at MidiHealth with the goal of helping all women live better– and longer! Her expertise has been seen in the Washington Post, CNN International, Yahoo News, People Magazine, and many others. She is a graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine and Stanford University. Midi Health has experienced fantastic growth and recognition since its inception in 2021 and has been recognized and named by Forbes and LinkedIn as a leading start-up to watch.
Stephanie Sassman, Portfolio Leader, Women’s Health at Genentech
Stephanie is the Portfolio Leader of Women's Health in the Global Product Strategy group of Roche. She leads a team to co-create end-to-end solutions in conditions predominantly and differently impacting women to address sex and gender health gaps with key healthcare system stakeholders globally. She is passionate about redesigning healthcare with women in mind by advancing women-centric R&D and women-centric care.
