This is an in-person meeting for the third session of the 2024 Emerging Executives Cohort. The team will discuss strategic and intentional relationships, and Dr. Alessandra Wall will lead an open discussion on best practices for networking. This event will allow us to practice the skills we have learned with all attendees (mentors and mentees).

Speaker Bios
Alessandra Wall, PhD, C-Suite Women's Coach and CEO of Noteworthy
Dr. Alessandra Wall is an executive coach, speaker, and author. She specializes in helping executive and senior leading women in male-dominated industries secure careers that marry success and fulfillment. Her mission is to build a world where women at the highest levels of leadership and success are so common it's no longer noteworthy. Dr. Wall founded her executive coaching firm, Noteworthy, in 2013 to better support the women she works with. Until recently, she also ran her 15+ year clinical psychology practice, Life in Focus. She is a board member of Athena San Diego and co-founder and Co-chair of their Male Allyship Committee. She also partners with multiple organizations dedicated to elevating and supporting women, including Women In Bio, CREW, and the Device Alliance Network. Dr. Wall received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Cum Laude) from Duke University and her Doctorate of Philosophy in clinical psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She is a co-founder and former board chair of Empower Charter School in San Diego.
Krishna P. Allamneni, DVM, MS/PhD, DABT, Chief Development Officer at Concarlo Therapeutics, Inc.
Krishna Allamneni is a distinguished biopharmaceutical executive with over two decades of experience, reflected in 25+IND programs and six marketed products. With a successful track record spanning discovery through commercialization across diverse therapeutic areas and therapeutic modalities and a keen understanding of the dynamic interplay of technology and law, she offers a valuable voice in the discussion on AI and its transformative potential within biotech. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Concarlo Therapeutics, Inc., Krishna has played pivotal roles in companies such as Turning Point Therapeutics/BMS, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, NGM Biopharmaceuticals, Genentech, and Celera Genomics. She was a board member of the American College of Toxicology, currently chairs the Chief Development Officer Forum, and is a 2023 Women In Bio Boardroom Ready Program graduate.
