We will bring Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) leaders together. Our four speakers will share their career experiences and impact on the DEIB community.

Speaker Bios
Sarah Chick, Program Director of North Carolina NPower
Sarah Chick is a DEI practitioner, intentional disrupter for people, Vice President for the Board of Directors at WomenNC, and creator of inclusive communities and authentic conversations. Currently, she is the Program Director of North Carolina for Npower. Her mission is to move people from poverty to the middle class through tech skills training and quality job placement.
Leesa Hill, Partner, Human Capital & DEIB at LEAD3R
Leesa Hill has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources industry with deep expertise in DEIB and Learning and Development. Leesa is currently Partner of DEIB & Leader Effectiveness at LEAD3R (formerly Enspira), in the Human Capital Consulting organization. Prior to LEAD3R, she worked in human resource roles at Biogen, Pfizer, and Kforce Inc. She has a proven track record of creating and implementing successful DEIB strategies in a variety of organizational settings, which includes a progressive program to prepare female senior leaders for placement on corporate boards, fit-for-purpose strategic roadmaps, launching and leveraging Employee Resource Groups/Networks and Diversity Councils, creating and leading a years long DEIB-focused community of practice and being an active member of the HR D+I Council. Leesa has a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell’s Industrial and Labor Relations School, is certified in the ED&I 360 & Inclusive Behavior Inventory Assessment, and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Shenandoah Conservatory. She was also recognized on Mogul’s list of the Top 100 DEIB Leaders in 2022. Leesa actively mentors folks who are passionate in the space of DEIB and is a member of the Education Committee for the LGBTQ+ Center of Raleigh.
Eugene Lofton, Former Global ERG Leader at Merck and Biogen
Eugene Lofton is a transformative leader driven by challenge and committed to furthering standards of excellence. His expertise encompasses diversity and Inclusion, organization design, and program development. He currently is a member of the RTP DEI Collective, where our mission is to connect and support companies around DEI to create a welcoming community for everyone.
Tiffany Sturdivant, Director of Enspira
Tiffany Sturdivant (she/her) is a certified leadership and inclusion coach with over 20 years of leadership experience. She works to help others set aside their doubts and use what motivates them most as fuel for change and commitment. As a leader, Tiffany has developed effective coaching programs to onboard and train supervisors and colleagues. She has also created employee mentorship and developmental programs for succession planning. As an inclusion coach and leader, Tiffany has held leadership positions for ERGs and has established Diversity Councils. She has also collaborated with and organized diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to educate and increase representation across all levels of organizations. Tiffany has a proven track record of creating and implementing successful DEIB strategies in a variety of organizational settings, which include fit-for-purpose strategic roadmaps and launching, leveraging, and leading Employee Resource Groups/Networks and Diversity Councils. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Music Education from NC A&T SU, along with a Master’s in Life Coaching from Liberty University. She received credentials as a Business and Professional coach from NC State University and is an Associate Certified Coach through ICF (International Coaching Federation). Tiffany also holds a Certificate of Mastery for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Leaders, along with a certification in Inclusion Coaching.
Tamara Terry, Senior Research Survey Scientist at RTI International
Tamara Terry is a seasoned leader with exceptional communication and management skills displayed throughout her 20-plus years of experience in survey research, project management, leadership development, people management, and training design/implementation. As a champion for diversity, racial and health equity, and inclusion, she is committed to ensuring that inclusive practices are represented within the workplace and regionally in the underserved communities of Triangle and North Carolina. She is passionate about doing everything she can to help change the world and emulate inclusive behaviors in her daily interactions. Her wide range of experience includes managing and providing senior-level support/consultation on numerous large-scale education, health, and social science research projects, in addition to the development support of research proposals and study design. She has led programs and teams of project leaders who were responsible for the oversight and development of research projects.
