Shelly O’Donovan, CEO of the Authentic Influence Group
Shelly teaches Persuasive Speaking, Business Communication, and Pitching for Entrepreneurs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She has led vaccine advocacy for GSK, worked as a healthcare lobbyist, and served as a staffer in state government. Shelly has been focused on cultivating authentic influence her entire career and decoding what makes people tick. She has an MPA from the University of Pennsylvania, a marketing certification from the Wharton School, and a BA in political science. She is certificated in body language training and the Big Five personality traits from a behavioral research lab.
Donna J. Spina, Founder of Coaching InDeed Inc.
Donna is the Founder of Coaching InDeed Inc. and an experienced Business Consultant, Executive Leadership Coach, and Author. For nearly 20 years, she has helped small business owners, solopreneurs, and executives achieve greater success. Donna works with high-achieving analytical thinkers who are struggling with reinvention, performance, team management, or breaking through growth ceilings. Using a creative, customized coaching process, she helps clients gain clarity, focus, and order to reveal their authentic leadership style rooted in compassion, confidence, connection, efficiency, and profitability. Drawing from her own experience owning a multi-million dollar small business, Donna understands the challenges facing entrepreneurs. She also has extensive expertise in coaching and consulting hundreds of professionals in her role as a CFO and Realtor for a rapidly growing real estate brokerage. Donna is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. As an author, she has published books and articles on topics like business acceleration, leadership strategies, and work-life balance. Her holistic approach considers the connection between mind, body, and spirit for personal and professional growth.
