Speaker Bio

Denise N. Bronner, PhD, Founder of Empactful Ventures

Dr. Bronner is a distinguished leader in global healthcare, biotech, and venture capital. She brings over 15 years of expertise in health equity, global therapy strategy, and business development in pharma. As the founder of Empactful Ventures, she works closely with healthcare startups and venture funds to drive impactful solutions. Dr. Bronner is dedicated to increasing diversity in STEM, serving on advisory boards, mentoring young professionals, and participating as a judge in pitch competitions. Her impressive background includes a PhD in microbiology and immunology from the University of Michigan and a certification from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
