She has worked in the field of leadership development for over a decade, supporting leaders of all backgrounds and tenures in the United States and globally. Jessika loves this work and finds true joy in partnering with women to embrace their superpowers and manifest their potential. Women value her deep curiosity about the human experience and ability to create a warm environment for them to be vulnerable and dig deep. These are her superpowers, as she discovered on her own journey from “bossy” and “bubbly” little girl to confident and engaging woman leader. Jessika became a coach to honor these gifts and create space for women who want to do similar transformational work.
