Are you looking for guidance in your career? Or are you an experienced professional willing to share your knowledge? Our Mentoring Circles Program is a fruitful experience that provides a supportive and unique environment for professional growth, personalized guidance, and peer learning. Circles typically consist of one mentor paired with 2–3 mentees. Participants will receive a program guide, exclusive events, and more. To participate, follow these steps:

1. Mentees need to register and pay the MAPS program fee listed below. Participation is free for Mentors. Mentors and Mentees need to be current WIB members. Join WIB here!
2. Note: After registering with the button above, you will receive a link to the MAPS Application, which you must complete by December 31, 2024 to be placed in your circle.
3. Stay tuned for information on our Mentoring Circles Kick-off Event, which will be held on January 6, 2025.
