Speaker Bios
Adam Band, CRPC, Managing Director, Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management
Adam began his career in financial services in 2008 and joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2010. He forms strong relationships with clients, getting to know their interests, needs, and aspirations, as well as those of their spouses, children, and grandchildren. Adam acts as a "hub," organizing and integrating different elements of his clients' financial lives so that they have a single contact point for their various wealth management needs. Adam holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™™ (CRPC™™) designation. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Arizona and belongs to its alumni organization, Capitol Cats. He and his wife, Joanna, have two sons and live in Potomac, Maryland.
Kimberly Kirk, CFP, Vice President, Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management
Kim began her career in financial services with JP Morgan Chase and joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2015. She provides personalized guidance to help clients meet their financial goals and objectives, simplify their financial lives, and provide a level of confidence at all stages of the process. She believes in a high-touch service model and listens to clients’ priorities and concerns, such as retirement, education, and estate planning, and creates a financial roadmap and implements an appropriate investment strategy. Kim graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Delaware. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, as awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Kim currently lives with her husband, Justin, and daughter in Olney, Maryland.
