The WIB-Greater Boston Mentorship, Advisors, Peers, and Sponsorship (MAPS) group mentoring program is for WIB members only. MAPS mentors represent a wide range of expertise and levels of experience across disciplines within life sciences. The MAPS program aims to cultivate mentoring relationships, create supportive networks, and offer opportunities to develop and improve professional leadership skills so that members can reach their fullest professional potential. 

• Enrollment for the MAPS program is open to WIB members who are interested in meeting and mentoring / being mentored by wonderful women in their community.  
• The program strives to bring together people of different career stages, paths, and backgrounds in a professional yet social atmosphere. Members can look forward to a program with a “diversity of viewpoints and experiences” and the opportunity to get advice on “their own personal challenges every month.”

Note: The MAPS Program is slated to run for six months, beginning in June and kicking off in May.

1. Mentees need to register and pay the MAPS program fee listed below. MAPS is exclusive to WIB members. Join here today!
2. Note: After you register, you will receive a link to the MAPS Application, which you must complete by April 19, 2024 to be placed in your circle.
3. Stay tuned for information on our Mentoring Circles Kick-off Event, which will be held in May.
