The most recent updates to the General Compliance Guide by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) bring new and updated guidance for pharma and biotech companies on how to manage compliance risks and to build a compliance program that follows industry standards and is customized to fit different sizes of companies.
