WIB-Greater Boston: Leading Through Uncertainty – The Art of Self-Leadership in Disruptive Times
National and global challenges, coupled with a rapidly evolving business landscape, are not just asking us to adapt to new situations but to learn and grow through them. Many of us are experiencing the most disruptive period we have faced in our lives to date and feel overwhelmed and unmoored. How do we find clarity and agency amidst disruption and uncertainty? How do we develop, grow, and lead ourselves amidst constant change?
In this session, you will learn how to do that. You will learn the predictable stages of change ('The Terrain of Transition') and the critical actions that will enable you to lead yourself amidst disruption and constant change. These practical tools are brought to life through inspirational stories and activities that enable you to reconnect with what is truly meaningful to you, the life that you are here to lead, and the greater possibility that lies within all of us, waiting to be unleashed.
Light bites and soft drinks will be provided.
