Stacy Coen, Biopharma Executive and Board Director
Stacy is a seasoned biotech professional with over 20 years of experience at pioneering organizations including Genzyme, Sanofi, Editas, and ImmunoGen. She has experience leading all aspects of business development in multiple therapeutic areas such as oncology, transplant, multiple sclerosis, and rare diseases. She currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nomination and Governance Committee of FibroBiologics. Stacy earned her MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
Cassie Ramos, Esq., Lead Global Mobility Partner at Biogen and 2024 Secretary of the New England Relocation Association
Cassie serves as compliance counsel focused on employment-related issues with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. She has a proven track record of effectively analyzing complex issues, creating practical solutions to unusual fact patterns, researching laws and regulations to create systems to ensure compliance, presenting intricate legal information across disciplines, and developing long-term strategies for streamlined operations. Cassie excels in communicating with diverse populations because of extensive international travel and significant experience, including teaching and working in diverse, dynamic environments. Cassie is fluent in Creole (Haitian) and French and is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She received her JD from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and her bachelor’s in history and political science from Boston College.
Alina Ritter, CBPA, Certified Business Performance Advisor at Insperity
Alina is a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity, working with many biotech startups and helps with administrative relief, consolidation of HR processes and technologies, multi-state compliance, and big company benefits to attract and retain top talent. In addition, Alina is a strategic partner at the ABI-LAB incubator and she works with many life science and biotech startups and helps with instant HR infrastructure as they grow and scale. Alina is also part of the Business Development Committee at MDG Boston. She contributes to the continuing development of medical devices and other medical technologies by enhancing the professional development of its members, fostering and supporting entrepreneurial thinking, serving as a forum for exploration of new business opportunities, and promoting best practices in enterprise management.
Pam Stetkiewicz, PhD, Chief Operating Officer at Arbor Biotechnologies
Pam is a pharmaceutical/biotech executive with extensive experience in building organizations, implementing right-size processes/governance, assessing business development opportunities, driving development strategies, and championing healthy company culture. She has a proven track record as an influential leader in business development, science, project, portfolio, and alliance management, and possesses specialized expertise in the development of small molecules, biotherapeutics, and gene therapy across a wide variety of therapeutic areas from discovery through human proof-of-concept. Pam has twenty years of experience as a team member/leader for 46 early development projects across twelve therapeutic areas (ophthalmology, diabetes, metabolism, cardiovascular, respiratory, arthritis, autoimmunity, hearing loss, liver disease, anemia, oncology, and pain), and served as a Joint Steering Committee Member on 12 multimillion-dollar collaborations. Pam received her PhD from Johns Hopkins University and a BS from the University of Rhode Island.
