Executive Women In Bio (EWIB) is the life science community’s pre-eminent resource for executive women. 

EWIB champions greater diversity in the industry and is committed to empowering women leaders at the highest levels by hosting robust professional development programs, creating targeted networking events, and fostering exclusive communities that amplify and support each other. 

eMAPS - Executive Mentoring

Our Executive Mentorship Programs (eMAPS) offer professional development for emerging executives (directors), VPs, and C-level executives. eMAPS cohorts meet for a year, creating a culture of support, sharing, and confidentiality for executives in their cohorts.
